Nivara Commerce
A fictional Indian business with a storefront, mobile app, CRM, payment provider, warehouse partner and support platform. Follow its data flows, vendor outages, mistaken identity matches and restored backups. Make decisions where a policy alone is not enough.
For privacy professionals, product managers, technology consultants, security teams and DPOs coordinating implementation. No coding prerequisite; comfort with system diagrams is useful.
See the system
Directed flow maps, control matrices and chronological incident diagrams in every lesson.
Test the failure
Synthetic event replay, delayed vendor acknowledgements, legal holds and recovery scenarios.
Keep the evidence
Authored model answers, self-review rubrics and six submitted deliverables in your downloadable portfolio.
One withdrawal. Four systems.
Synthetic teaching case: Nivara Commerce uses separate CRM, email and order systems. Marketing and order fulfilment are different purposes.

Assessment, without inflated claims
Complete all 30 lessons, pass each module check, submit all six assignments and pass the final exam at 75%.
The final exam draws 40 questions from a bank of 80. Up to three attempts; assessment answers are checked on the server.
Assignments have autosaved drafts, revision history, authored model answers and rubric-guided self-review. Minimum completeness is checked; no human or AI grades the quality of your work.
Your Certificate of Completion has a unique verification link. It is not government accreditation, a professional licence, placement assurance or certification of your employer’s compliance.
Twelve plain-text templates and a PDF portfolio of submitted work are included.
